We haven't forgotten your four legged loved ones (or two
or none!) They too can benefit from this wonderful
discovery. EM microbes in particular are indispensable
to their well-being, especially now that we have made
some startling findings after adding them to many
animals' feed. It is now recommended by many specialists
to supplement all animals' diets with EM or at least
some type of good probiotic.

EM based
products
Livestock
A wide variety of feeds including corn silage feed,
green fodder feed and commercial feed can be fermented
with EM. EM extended can also be added to the drinking
water diluted at the ratio of 1:500. Using EM also helps
to reduce harmful side effects of vaccinations and other
medications in meat and milk.
Poultry
EM has become very popular in the poultry industry. Feed
is fermented with EM before feeding. A variety of feeds
made with EM include those from animal droppings, solid
waste with Bokashi, and commercial feed. Preparation is
the same as that for fish. EM extended is added to the
drinking water at a ratio of 1:1,000.

*Dry feed should be fed to poultry.
*Do not use old or rotten feed.
Fisheries
According to our research and experiments, EM is
extremely beneficial for fish farming. Fish food is
fermented with EM before feeding. To ferment the
feed, the same process as that for making EM Bokashi is
used.

* For raising larger, high-quality fish, preparing a
proper fish pond is recommended.
* Do not use old or rotten feed
Pets
To promote healthy digestion, add 1 tsp.-1 Tbsp.,
depending on body weight, Efficient Microbes (EM)™ mixed
into pet’s food or water. To control pet odors and as a
beneficial spray for your pet’s coat, spray a dilution
of EM directly onto pet or pet’s living area. Give your
pet an EM bath. Put 1 cup of EM into pet’s bathwater for
healthier skin.
Pets also
love EM Bokashi mixed in with their food.
For fish tanks add EM at a ratio of 1:10,000 (volume of
fish tank).
