transactions secure?
We know that safety is very important for our
customers. As our transactions are made via PayPal, a highly secure site, be
assured that our customers are well protected when they carry out purchases
using credit cards in our store. Never do we deliver credit card numbers by

This site does not use any

Naturemporium.com site you visit can store information about your order until

are your guarantees?
Your satisfaction is important for us. Any unopened
or defective product returned within 30 days, will be credited for exchange or
return of fees including delivery cost.
Exception: Kombucha mushroom. Replacements
only. This guarantee is void unless you contact us before making any return.

are the methods of delivery?
We ship by Canada Post or UPS. Your choice. The shipping cost
you see in your shopping cart is only an estimate. If you would like to know
the exact cost before ordering, simply E-mail us the details of your order,
desired shipping service (standard or
express )and we'll give you the exact amount.
